They're the reprints of the manga. Takahashi drew new art for each of the covers. They can be bought in certain bookstores in Japan, or online, or possibly Kinokuniya.

They're the Bunkoban of the YGO manga. Basically, it's the manga reprinted, with some corrections, and stuffed into smaller packets with some new goodies. The +30 original volumes have been condensed into 22.

I've been buying from Amazon JPN. They're shipping prices are ridiculous, unfortunately. :(

Try Kinokuniya. They might actually be cheaper to buy online, as they're quite cheap here in Japan (about 6 dollars per volume), and I don't know how much Kinokuniya would sell them for in other countries.

Depending on how they were shipped to the store, Kinokuniya adjusts the price. Anything with the sticker that says "Air" is more expensive. Look for the one with the "Sea" sticker, but don't expect to see it until about a month after the release date.

I'm not sure, but try Sasuga Books. They've had lots of YGO in the past, and don't overcharge on things like shipping. They also have an ENGLISH system for ordering, unlike Kinokuniya. :P
